Sion Orgon

Sion has worked as a musician for 20 years, touring across Europe and America and recording with Psychedelic Rock band ‘Pod’, Cardiff Indie Prog Pop band ‘Rocketgoldstar’ and Underground Experimental Artist ‘Thighpaulsandra’ (Coil and Julian Cope).

Sion produced his first solo album in 2004, appearing on BBC Radio 3’s ‘Mixing It’. He released his second album in 2008 and a 7” limited edition vinyl in 2012. Sion also plays and records for many Welsh language music acts and works as a mixing and mastering engineer.

Sion creates music for theatre, film and installation. He regularly composes for Earthfall Physical Theatre including the soundtrack for the film ‘Postcards’ nominated for a Bafta Cymru Award (2009).
